

We outlined the details of the deal for a value-add client who was already operating in the Northeastern Oregon market, clarifying the details on the deal and digging in on pricing.
We proposed discounted pricing and creative seller financing structure in order to get the deal done, given the level of capex discovered in the due diligence process.
Ultimately, we got the deal done at a great basis for a buyer who has now executed on their business plan, upgrading the property significantly compounding returns for their investors.
